We provide information, advice, and support to help you solve your problems. Sometimes this means just giving you a phone number. In other cases it means helping you to launch a legal battle to help you achieve your rights.

Our service is free, confidential (we won't pass on your details to anyone unless you authorise us), independent and impartial. All our advisers have completed a training programme and are qualified in key advice areas including benefits, debt, employment, immigration, housing, consumer and family problems. They have access to the National Citizens Advice information database which is the most complete system of its kind in the UK and is constantly maintained by subject experts. If the information that we need is not available on-line then we will ask for help from our team of national specialists. This means that the information and advice you receive is the best available.

To access advice contact your local bureau Didcot  Henley  Thame. Henley & District and Thame CAB carry out an initial assessment before offering an appointment. As this can be done over the phone we suggest phoning these bureaux first to avoid an unnecessary journey.
